Naphatsawan “Smile” Chotikarn is a Thai entrepreneur and beauty industry founder known for building brands that blend confidence, elegance, and modern self-care. As the founder of Miss Lens Thailand, Smile developed a strong understanding of beauty consumers, brand presentation, and the fast-growing demand for premium lifestyle experiences in Thailand. With LuxeWax Studios, Smile brings that same eye for detail into the world of intimate beauty and professional waxing. She created the brand to offer a more refined, hygienic, and comfortable waxing experience—one that feels elevated, discreet, and welcoming rather than clinical or intimidating. Her vision for LuxeWax Studios is to make premium Brazilian waxing more accessible in Thailand while setting a higher standard for service, cleanliness, staff training, and customer care. Thomas Mercer is a pioneer in male aesthetics and runs day-to-day operations across all four Bangkok studios. With 15+ years building wellness brands across Southeast Asia, Thomas designed our hygiene protocols, technician academy, and the seamless booking journey our members rely on. He's the reason a Wednesday-night appointment feels as effortless as a Saturday-morning one, and the reason every single suite passes the same hospital-grade audit every week.
